Exchange Policy

1. Introduction
At Carva Digital Innovations Pvt Ltd (Carva DIPL), we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. We understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary due to various reasons. This Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanging products purchased from Carva DIPL.

2. Eligibility for Exchange
Customers who have purchased products from Carva DIPL are eligible for an exchange subject to the following conditions:
a.    The product must have been purchased within the 2-3 days as per the original purchase invoice date.
b.    Exchange is possible only one time.

c.    The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

d.    The product must not have been used, installed, damaged, altered, or tampered except for any manufacturing defects. In Some case of manufacturing defect replacement would be provided by brand/ company / OEM directly
   d. Proof of purchase (e.g., original purchase invoice) must be presented at the time of exchange.

3. Products Eligible for Exchange
Most products sold by Carva DIPL are eligible for exchange. However, some exclusions may apply, such as personalized or custom-made items, software, downloadable products and products with specific hygiene or safety considerations (e.g., earphones, intimate apparel, etc.). Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information on the eligibility of a particular product for exchange.

4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, customers must follow these steps:
   a. Contact our customer support team at (+91)7428718222 or via email at info@carvadipl.in within 2-3 days from the date of purchase, specifying the reason for the exchange and providing details of the product to be exchanged.
   b. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and may request additional information or photographs of the product, if necessary.
   c. Once the exchange request is approved, customers can visit our store at Plaza Mall, MG Rd, Sector 29 Gurugram, Haryana 122002 India, during business hours, to exchange the product. Alternatively, customers may be provided with shipping instructions for online exchanges.
   d. Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition, Carva DIPL will process the exchange, subject to availability of the desired product. If the desired product is unavailable, the customer will be offered an exchange for a product of equal value or a store credit.

5. Shipping and Handling
For in-store exchanges, customers are responsible for the transportation and handling of the product to be exchanged. For online exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Carva DIPL.

6. No Refund Policy
Please note that Carva DIPL does not offer refunds for exchanged products. Exchanges will only be processed for products of equal value or as store credit.

7. Final Decision
Carva DIPL reserves the right to make the final decision on exchange requests, considering the eligibility criteria and compliance with this Exchange Policy.
